ABOUT THE DESIGN

For this project, Mineral Creek, we worked with first-time clients on the conceptual design, including a 3D model, and construction drawings for the building permitting and construction. We made this design unique by incorporating a sense of a cabin-esque vibes and coziness with the vaulted spaces in the upper floor and the continuation of timbers and wood finishes throughout.

ABOUT THE HOME

Don’t let the front fool you - this home welcomes you into a cozy but spacious entry until you walk into the grand open living area. To the right, a fully-featured kitchen with an inline dining area. Straight ahead, a 2-story vaulted living room with wood burning stove and glazing showcasing the height of the space. The soaring ceiling bathes the living spaces in natural light expanding up to an open loft separating the master suite and the remaining bedrooms.

The flexible layout includes a first floor guest room or home office, a second floor master suite with private balcony, and bonus rooms with an additional private balcony. The home deliberately reveals the feeling of comfort made by the vaulted spaces and unique views from each room to either the ocean, mountains and surrounding forest.
